The headlights on my brother's 2017 Rubicon are the best factory lights I have ever seen equipped on any Jeep, period. That includes factory HID options. But, like HID's, you will get best results using a proper housing. Normal function is: -Knob to "off" then ignition off: Headlights turn off immediately. -Ignition off, then light knob to "off": headlights stay on for about a minute or so, then go off automatically. Cycling the light knob on-off turns the lights off immediately. Sometimes this doesn't work and the headlights just stay on, in high beam. Load Resistors: LED bulbs may cause some newer vehicles to indicate a bulb is burnt out (because of their low power consumption).
